Prosecco at the Pantheon
Of course my first mission once Colin arrived in Rome was to convert him to Prosecco. We took the first day to explore the area and indulge ourselves to the delicious cuisine available. After walking to the Pantheon we found the perfect table to sit, people watch, and of course enjoy a lovely glass of Prosecco. Although at first he found it difficult to decipher the difference between this sparkling wine and Champagne, by the end of the first glass he was ready for another.
