Colin, also an avid foodie, came to Italy in search of the perfect pizza. Being a lover of prosciutto and ham in general he wanted to find the quintessential prosciutto pizza. I of course loved helping him by sampling each of his selections as we judged the contenders. It was a close competition, and in the end all were winners. After all, we are in Italy!
